Exciting changes on the way to Britannia Village
This spring, exciting changes are coming to Britannia Village with new ownership taking over operations of the Copper Beach Bar & Kitchen space at 101 Main Street. Over the next weeks, they’ll be renovating room and creating the new menus in preparation for a spring reopening–just in time for cherry blossoms and patio days. Everyone at Britannia Village would like to thank the Copper Beach and IRL teams for the warm welcomes and service to the community over the last months and we look forward to unveiling an exciting new destination for locals and visitors in Sea to Sky Country. Stay tuned to the Britannia Village Instagram account for all the latest news and updates.

Britannia Village is officially open
On Saturday, August 23rd, under glorious sunny skies, Britannia Village was joined by friends from up and down the Sea to Sky corridor to celebrate its grand opening. After a welcome from representatives of the Squamish Nation and the unveiling of specially-commissioned carvings by Jim Charlie, Macdonald Communities President Robert J Macdonald cut the ribbon to declare the village open. With music, games, and family-friendly activities all afternoon, Britannia Village threw open its doors and welcomed hundreds of first time visitors to explore and enjoy this unique and special place.
